Achamore Lodge has two spacious guest rooms, each with a king size double bed, views to the garden and bird feeders and period furniture. A single bed can also be set up making them into a family room. There is a a newly upgraded guest bathroom, which has a generous bath and walk in power shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. Minimum stay is 2 nights especially in the summer months. But there is so much to see on Gigha it is worth it.
Rooms and all bedding will be deep cleaned between guests and will also have 24 hours ‘rest’ between bookings. I have put in place bedding (pillows and duvet) which can be washed at a high temperature to ensure your safety.
Breakfast is provided in the breakfast room and I like folks to book in a time and what you want the night before.
I cater for any dietary requirements – just let me know when you book so I can make sure I look after you properly. I buy everything locally.
The room cost is £125 a night for up to two people and £145 for three people (or two adults plus a child). Prices include hearty breakfast, tea and coffee and fruit, and wifi. In quiet times I offer single occupancy at £85 a night.
Parking is available at the Lodge, but if you wish to leave your car on the mainland you can either walk or cycle to the Lodge. Bikes are available to hire at Gigha Activity Centre, which is just at the ferry slip.
